  • Factory-Direct Pricing: As a direct factory supplier, we strive to offer the best price per gram in the market. However, because gold market values constantly fluctuate, prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
  • Stock & Inventory: All items listed are brand new and on-hand. Because our inventory moves quickly, items displayed on our website or Facebook page may become unavailable. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

3. Orders, Payments & Local Currencies

  • Order Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed at our store.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments in Philippine Pesos (PHP) via digital wallets (GCash, Maya) and direct bank transfers (PSBank, UnionBank of the Philippines).
  • Order Verification: Your order will not be processed or shipped until funds have fully cleared in our account. To prevent delays, clients are required to use their unique Order ID as the payment reference and are highly encouraged to submit a transaction receipt screenshot to customer support.

4. Cryptocurrency (USDT) Payments

  • We accept cryptocurrency payments exclusively via USDT.

  • Insurance Fee: Due to the high value of fine gold jewelry, a mandatory shipping insurance fee of ₱10 for every ₱1,000 spent is automatically applied to all orders at checkout to guarantee safe transit.

6. Strict No Return, No Exchange Policy

  • All sales of our 18K Saudi Gold jewelry pieces are final.
  • Due to the factory-direct nature of our operations, we enforce a strict No Return, No Exchange, and No Refund policy for items due to buyer error (e.g., ordering the incorrect ring size, wrong chain length, or change of mind).
  • It is the customer’s absolute responsibility to verify all product measurements, weights, and specifications before completing a purchase.

7. B2B, Resellers, and Custom Orders

  • Resellers & Wholesalers: Active resellers and bulk wholesale orders are welcome. Bulk contract terms, pricing structures, and fulfillment queues will be settled privately upon mutual agreement.
  • Custom Orders: Custom design slots are subject to queue times, material availability, and factory capacities. Custom requests require upfront commitments and are completely exempt from cancellations or modifications once production begins.
